The proxies were actually fast and the speed stayed good all day, so I didn’t have any technical issues there. I just felt a bit ignored when I reached out, which made the overall experience feel less smooth than it could’ve been.

The price is low enough that I was a little suspicious at first, but so far it’s been working fine for my day-to-day scraping tasks. Nothing fancy, but for what I paid, I can’t really complain

I bought Ninjasproxy thinking it would be fine for some basic things I needed to do, mostly while working from my laptop at home with coffee next to me like I usually do in the mornings. Unfortunately, the proxies were slower than I expected and kept timing out. A few IPs worked for a little bit and then just stopped, and when I reached out to support, the replies didn’t really help much.

I also ran into compatibility issues with a couple of sites and tools I use regularly, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. I kept having to switch proxies over and over, and after a while it just felt like I was spending more time fixing the proxy problem than doing what I actually needed to do. Not worth it for me.

I had a small issue and support got back to me fast, which I appreciated. It didn’t take a ton of back and forth to get it sorted out, so that part was smooth. Still, since it was an inconvenience, I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or credit to make up for the trouble.

ninjasproxy works fine most days, so I can’t really complain too much. But I’ve had a few random drops, usually right around busy hours, which makes me wonder what’s really going on behind the scenes. Could be normal traffic, could be something they’re not telling us, who knows. It’s not bad overall, I just wish the connection felt a little more consistent.
